Visual Studio Command Window Change Directory not working -


so, trying use command window in visual studio 2010 on windows 7 64bit machine, need run through possible additional steps enable re-targeting of test projects .net framework 3.5.

problem command window not seem responding simple commands cd. need working correctly please?
