payment gateway - Automatic BIN Range Update/detection service -


i managing software estate stores card bin ranges in table card checking.

this means have manually update bin range table on regular basis ensure can cater new cards.

i wanting automate process, there easy way automatically update bin ranges or online api service can use? did find: http://www.binchecker.org/ last updated in 2011 , seems has died out.

or there easier wayto detect without needing bin ranges? have read start number determins card type? have seen other questions posted here link bin lists (for example barclaycard pdf, wikipedia) still requires manual input.

there isn't automated service, , many of online lists/services attempt woefully out of date (i checked random mastercard range 557548 against bindb example, , found not listed)

the official lists managed ansi www.ansi.org/iin , distributed monthly american banking association. need qualify payment service provider (or higher) have access these lists.

for part though shouldn't need convert iin (or bin) card scheme. submit full card number payment gateway , let them work.
