excel - Column chart with primary and secondary y-axes -


my problem seems simple, want make column chart 2 y-axes. when this, excel automatically puts columns overlapping. not want them overlapped! how go correcting this?

basically requires spacing out data shown in columns a:c right-aligning horizontal axis labels, adjusting secondary axis maximum (and format of both vertical axes, if necessary) , gap width series1 10% , series2 5%.
