Where can we learn whole C programming with all the libraries? -


i reading "operating systems design , implementation" andrew s. tanenbaum. has source code of minix when approaching of book. know c programming , have studied subject of operating systems, still not able understand source code. few lines such understood.

i found many new libraries included on there. these libraries not taught syllabus of university. also, when asked teachers of this, don't understand code. so, can whole c programming learnt, of libraries? because university doesn't go in depths.

in nut shell, how can learn c programming or other programming language such depth, looking @ code, 1 can tell code gonna do.
