reporting services - SSRS and AD Groups -


i had request come through asking me create ad security group used in ssrs users reports. there other ad groups work 1 have created not allow users connect. creating ad groups isn't real difficult , know have set correctly. have input why group not working? have no knowledge of ssrs or sql in general appreciated.
