How to find time difference/lag between two audio signals? -


i need find time difference/lag between 2 audio signals.

background info: sample multimedia application, has server , client. .mp3 file sent streaming data client. 2 ti boards used 1 server , other client. server board listen, , client listen. here need find difference between these 2 audio signals remote , local client. os used : linux

i found audacity tool capture signals. whether has capability capture 2 signals , find difference between them ? (or) whether cross correlation has performed find difference between them ?

any ideas welcome!
