rebuild fulltext catalog will invoke a full population in sql server 2008 -


i had set change tracking manual,when execute 

sp_fulltext_catalog 'myfulltextcatalog','rebuild',

a rebuilding started.but have found populatestatus of fulltext catalog changed value 1,that means full population in progress. microsoft's books online says,rebuild command not populate catalog.so confused.anyone knows?

oh,my god. know reason.

if changeing tracking!=off,rebuild start population.

but sql server books online says rebuilding not change full-text metadata in database system tables ,nor cause repopulation of newly created full-text catalog.

How to mention the localhost in android -

i trying call localhost in android application. unfortunately not possible used several methods emulator local host http://10.0.2.2/android/dbconnection.php and network ip address http://192.168.1.xx/android/dbconnection.php also http://localhost:8080/android/dbconnection.php but nothing connected localhost. purpose refer stackoverflow answers not working i facing same problem when worked on localhost. referred stackoverflow answer got solution create new emulator works fine in new emulator.
