Joomla homepage, adding a module as cta -


i have been tasked add 3 images homepage in joomla.

the homepage has 3 cta boxes , need add 3 below them, containing images.

the existing call actions seem modules, tried creating 1 of same type , assign next available position, didn't work.

any ideas of how add them?
