osx - Brew just stays and never returns -


i installed brew , managed installing things, in between not sure did wrong, brew commands stopped working (brew install, brew doctor) command stay in terminal , not move forward.

i have uninstalled brew couple of times , isn't helping.

my guess started happen after installed xcode , xcode clt

help appreciated

i fixed @mistym on #machomebrew irc channel.

you'll want run xcode-select -switch , point @ xcode.app.

e.g.

xcode-select -switch /applications/xcode.app
