i wanted head start on how can control beaglebone black internet preferably have android app there on other part!

i have gone through lot of tutorials access using browser , want access through android phone's app may tcp/ip app.

so wanted know whether should use webserver or not if yes which? tornado, node.js , headstart on how step step
