performance - How much time does it take for computer to recognize the mouse was clicked? -


i estimate how time passes between actual mouse click (or keyboard click) , computer registering "mouse click" event.

let's take typical configuration, windows, usb mouse , keyboard , @ following example - computer displays signal , user clicks mouse. time between signal , click consists of 2 elements. 1 time took user react signal , 1 time took computer recognize mouse clicked example. there way estimation on second part?
