is possible retrieve location of contact using lync 2013 web api (or ucwa)? if possible, extended people not in contacts?

if referring location property of contact highly possibly in ucwa long can contact's href (resources-contact). assuming can making additional (get) request contactlocation (contactobj._links.contactlocation.href), , should noted location returned location of contact on active device (lync client, browser, mobile).
