reporting services - SSRS limit data size to page size -


in ssrs report, html rendering displaying around 20 records. when generate pdf, 5 records displayed per page. want both html renderer , pdf renderer should same. there workaround same?

the different renderers rendering report appropriately output. web viewer optimised screen-based reading , allows more content per page print renderer print renderer constrained paper size formats to. more pages when rendering printing web; however, content of report same.

the best illustration of excel renderer - excel renderer renders entire report onto single worksheet in cases (for reports grouping , page breaks set on group footer render each group on own worksheet). wouldn't want excel renderer artificially create worksheets try paginate report. appropriate thing include data in 1 big worksheet though may logically thought of 1 big "page".

the web renderer page length determined interactiveheight attribute of report (in interactivesize property in properties pane report) interactive height approximation rather fixed page break setting , page breaks may still not conform print version though interactiveheight set same length target page length.
