localization - How to localize (translate) exception message in Firebird/Interbase? -


is there chance translate interbase/firebird exception messages ? eg. have exception

too_many_connects 'there many connect database, please try again later.'

and clients other country (for eg. russia) want see exception message in native lang. know firebird 2.1 allow put custom exception message (and solves problem), interbase 7.5 don't.
