unix - Custom user and custom permission in linux -


i've need, have install ubuntu on machine specific purpose, , have create particular locked user account.

on startup need display login box (so have admin machine, reboot , login root) in format username , password fields.

after login of user, have auto open google chrome on specific page.

stop, specific user doesn't have more. machine connected display show ads in expo of client.

how this? don't have idea. can tell me correct step achieve this?
